Kevlar Front -Tank- Kit 2x15l

Kevlar Front Tank-Kit 2x 15 lt. "EXR System. The ultimate additional tank system deliveres ca. 30 lt. more fuel with only a few handles. Without making complicated replacements the tank system is being mounted vie the delivered support-frame on the original screw-points. Before mounting the tank system the original front shells need to be taken off !! The oil cooler and all other components do not need to be replaced. The ergonomic form of the tank deflects the fuel and therefore also the weight below and allows therefore a relaxed driving. Legs and knees do not encounter nasty angles as the tank is pretty slender in this area. An additional fuel-pump carries the add. fuel into the main tank and guarantees therefore an efficient function of the fuel-injection system. An optic Eye-Catcher are also the plunged tank caps - these are hardly viewable.

Kit consits:

2x ca. 15lt. tanks, additional pump, tanks caps, fuel tabs and subframe and all material that is need for the mounting.

PE rear tank - 7 l

Additional tank made of robust PE, versatile, as a water tank and as a fuel tank. Kit consisting of:

• PE tank, tank cap with 3mm NBR seal, special valve for ventilation, 7.5mm connection piece on the underside of the tank.

Specially developed pump for the additional Rear Tank.

KIT contains:

All tubes ready-for-assembly, Fuel Filter, Return valve, T-piece and hose clamp.

Specially developed switch unit for rear additional tank.

Kit includes:

Switch unit in a CNC-milled aluminum housing, pressure switch with light. A second switch is also installed in the housing and can be used for any other function. Several switch positions can still be occupied, see picture. Function: press once, pump runs, lamp goes on, after approx. 5 minutes the rear tank is pumped empty, press again, pump is immediately off again. (pump only runs on ignition current)

Aluminum holder CNC milled,

for clamping and fastening the rear tank.

PS: not required if original BMW passenger footrests are installed.

Air Aspiration Port "Sport Chargers"

The Sports Version of our Classics, with an extreme airflow and a minimum weight of ca. 90 gramm.

Directly adopted from the Rallye Sport - powers will be activated (in Connection with a Chip-TuneUp nd a K&N Air Filter) that will hint at a lusty aspiration sound. Due to the heftily aspiration Sound we only recommend these "Sport Chargers" for the Sports Use. The mounting is pretty easy and will fit without making any changes .

EXCEL  Rims Kit 1.85 x 21' - 2.50 x 18'

Better handling is guaranteed with this wheel-combination. The sportive use knows therefore nearly no limitations. The almost indestructible Rims are provided with tangential spokes and hubs out of Aluminium (milled out of one whole part) and the front rim with a high quality Galfer 305mm brake disc.

KAYABA 48 "Upside Down" fork kit,

On behalf of African Queens from KAYABA specially tailored to BMW HP2.

Fork Tuning HP2

Original fork tuning, unfortunately had already Each Hp2 driver determine which is the original fork but not the "yellow of the egg."

rattle A very strong immersion at low load and a recurring so are the features of the original fork of BMW Hp2.

Not a nice chassis for as a raised bike.

We offer a complete overhaul of the "inner life", a new agreement with special parts, the off-road driving pleasure make ..

But in everyday use is a significant improvement noticeable, should one or the other have already installed an additional tank, so this optimization is highly recommended, otherwise the bike is not navigable, especially under high load.
